Elton

The german company AECO, founded in 1929/30 by Albert Ebner in Bad Cannstatt, manufactured various products such as record players, electric motors, hoovers, fans and cameras. Ebner also ran Electromusik GmbH in Vaihingen, which initially experimented with unbreakable plastic discs and later produced shellac records.

In the 1930s, AECO brought inexpensive department stores' records onto the market under the Elton label. In addition to its own recordings for Electromusik GmbH, it also used matrices from Clangor. In addition to Elton, Electromusik GmbH produced numerous small editions and private pressings for local artists.
