RADIOLA

1934 - 1949

Radiola was a Hungarian record label established in 1934 by engineer Pál Székely. It was unique in Hungary for encompassing the entire record production process, including publishing, distribution, artistic direction, and operating its own recording studio and pressing plant.

The company's headquarters and recording studio were located at Csata Street 31 in Budapest's 13th district, with the pressing plant situated on Váci Road.

Radiola ceased operations on August 20, 1949, when it was dissolved without a legal successor.
