Pearl records was founded 1946 in Covington, Kentucky and was active until 1955. Owners were Larry Vincent (Songrwriter) & Moe Jaffe.

On the records another location is mentioned: Cincinatti, Ohio.*

*The likely reason for this is that Covington is just south of Cincinnati and many people wouldn't have any clue where it was if they're not familiar with the area.
