ORION-PLADE
1909 - 1919
Orion-Plade was a Norwegian budget record label established in the early 20th century, primarily active around 1911. The label specialized in producing 78 rpm records, often reissuing recordings from The Gramophone Company's catalog. Notably, it released works by artists such as Nathalie Hansen and Carl Engström, including their 1912 duets "Paa Dansebanen" and "Calle E."
