JEWEL

1945 - 1947

The Jewel record label lasted about two years, from 1945-1947, and was produced by veteran musician Ben Pollack. The label was bought in 1947 by Savoy Records, mainly because of the avant-garde Boyd Raeburn recordings, and reissued on that label.
